8. Intellectual Property Rights

EMS retains the ownership of all intellectual property and work products until full payment is received. Once payment is made in full, ownership rights of deliverables, as agreed in the service contract, will transfer to the client. EMS reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Confidentiality

We value your privacy and will treat all information shared with us as confidential. EMS will not disclose any of your confidential information to third parties without your express permission, except where required by law. All data is stored securely in accordance with data protection laws.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite Marketing Systems is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise in connection with our services. While we aim for the highest standards of service, we do not guarantee specific results, and you acknowledge that there are risks associated with digital marketing, SEO, and other promotional activities.

 

11. Termination of Services

Either party has the right to terminate this agreement by giving written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying for any work completed up until the date of termination. EMS reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, violation of these terms, or other breaches of contract.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
